This Inn was wonderful. By choice, I would stay here again. It's an Inn/Guest house in a small town. It's not Raddison Blue with a McDonald's next to it. Don't expect that, and you'll be OK. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of the menu at the restaurant and the quality of both the food and the service. Sitting outside for lunch on a nice summer day in a Latvian village is idyllic. The staff and management are extremely hospitable. They absolutely do what is possible to make the guests feel at home.

Amazing experience being inside a castle. Beautiful location, authentic atmosphere, friendly staff. Interiors are beautiful, what you would expect from a castle. There is a museum on the site, you can see more of the castle, item collections, go to the roof of the castle to see a beautiful view from there. There is also a wishing well and a dungeon. There is also free parking available outside the castle.

Nice, old house in Jurkalne. It has plenty of room and can accommodate many guests. I liked the rustic setting. The house has everything needed for a pleasant stay, even a barbecue. My children liked seeing the old farm equipment on the property.
